Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound sales, inbound lead handling, and relationship building, helping customers create and purchase custom products through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

  • Make high quality outbound sales calls (up to 500 per week) or achieve equivalent sales performance
  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Close deals and consistently meet or exceed weekly sales goals
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships

Customer Experience

  • Help customers design and order custom products tailored to their needs
  • Provide professional, timely communication via phone and email
  • Respond to all emails within 24 hours

Daily & Weekly Engagement

  • Participate in daily team meetings (Mon–Fri) and weekly coaching sessions
  • Actively engage in all meetings with camera on and participation required
  • Complete ongoing sales training through Cardone University
    • Daily training videos
    • Weekly role-play sessions to sharpen closing skills

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
  • Organized and able to manage leads and follow-ups
  • Coachable and open to continuous training and improvement
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
