Graphic Designer Summary

LoTech Sales is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an in-house, full-time position that supports our sales team through the creation of professional marketing materials, customer proofs, promotional product artwork, and branded content. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in helping our sales team deliver exceptional branding and marketing solutions to our clients.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Responsibilities

  • Create customer proofs and artwork for promotional products, utensils, branded merchandise, apparel, and custom imprint projects.
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, and social media graphics.
  • Work directly with the sales team to develop custom marketing and branding solutions for clients.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and ensure all files meet quality and print specifications.
  • Revise artwork and proofs based on customer feedback and approval requirements.
  • Maintain company branding standards across all marketing materials.
  • Organize and manage artwork files, logos, templates, and marketing assets.
  • Assist with website graphics, digital marketing projects, and sales support materials.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Strong graphic design, layout, and branding skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in promotional products, print production, marketing, or branded merchandise is preferred but not required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • GED or High School Diploma required; certification, degree, or equivalent work experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design or marketing experience required.
  • Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.
  • Ability to work in enclosed environments that may include excessive noise, an automotive shop environment, and exposure to cold or heat.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Perform work with OSHA-required PPE, including any required health and safety PPE.
