How do I place an order?
Pick up the phone and call one of our customer sales associates . We’ll help you get started on your custom order right away. Our professionals will help you choose your utensils and the colors and imprints to choose from. You can also order directly from our website for a more convenient approach.
Is there a set-up fee?
There is a one-time fee of $45. This covers the cost of the die that we will keep on file for you. You won’t have to pay another set-up fee unless you change the information and color of the die.
What imprint colors do you use?
We offer a variety of colors for our black utensils, including gold, matte silver, chrome silver, copper and metallic blue, fuchsia, green, pink, purple, red, teal and burgundy. We also offer all of these for our white utensils with the addition of black, dark blue, royal blue, pink, burgundy, brown, red, dark green and light green.
Can you match my color?
As you can see from the previous question and answer, we have a selection of colors you can choose from. If you have a certain color in mind that’s not listed, we will do our best to come extremely close to it or find a color that you approve of.
Can I design my own logo?
Certainly! If you don’t have a design in mind or don’t know where to start, no problem! We’re here to help you create the perfect imprint for your kitchenware.
What if I don’t like the imprint or have a problem with my order?
Our customer sales associates will make it right. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Just give us a call and let us know how we can help you.
How long does it typically take to receive my order?
The entire process usually takes seven days from the time you place your order until it’s shipped to your address. We can even bill the shipping charges to your FEDEX or UPS account. Unfortunately, FEDEX and UPS won’t ship to P.O. boxes, but if this is your only option, call us and let us know. We’ll make arrangements to get your order delivered.
