Accessing the My Account Dashboard

Having an account with LoTech Sales gives you more features, the ability to navigate through the site, the option to place orders, and more. In order to create an account, simply navigate to the My Account tab at the top of the homepage. Enter in your preferred email and password under Register to create an account. Be sure to use a secure password with both upper and lower case letters and a special character in order to keep your account secure.

Once you’ve created an email and password, you’ll be able to access your account for later use, including viewing past custom orders for your business.

Benefits of a LoTech Account

Accessing the My Account Dashboard has many benefits. Once you create your LoTech account, you’ll be able to add items to your cart and review past and recent orders, manage your shipping and billing information, and edit your password and account details. Read on to discover more benefits to having an account with LoTech Sales.

Orders

From your main dashboard, select the Orders subheading. From here, you can browse through all past orders. This allows you to easily select and purchase from past orders for a streamlined buying experience.

Downloads

The downloads tab allows you to view any uploaded artwork for your customized LoTech products. Once you’ve uploaded artwork into the system, you can use it for any customized product order.

Be sure to upload files in the proper dimensions, including AI, EPS, and Vector PDF files. This ensures that your customized artwork prints clearly on your ordered products.

Addresses

View your recorded shipping methods in the addresses tab. Simply input billing and shipping addresses for easier checkout. All recorded addresses under this tab automatically default during checkout.

Payment methods

Payment methods used during the checkout process will appear under this tab. You can update and change payment methods at any time.

Account details

All account information is listed under the Account Details tab. From here, you can update the preferred first and last name for shipments, your display name, and email address on the account. You can also update your password at any time from this tab.

Having a LoTech Sales account speeds the ordering process up in many ways. Because we keep your custom artwork on file through your account, re-orders and new purchases alike are simpler than ever. To experience even faster service, follow these quick guidelines for your custom prints.

  • For plastic serving utensils: less is more when it comes to utensils, since the printing surface is smaller than other products. We recommend a font size of 10 or below when ordering customized utensils. Your customized order includes a colored hot stamp foil imprint on the utensil.
  • For pizza cutters: there are two sizes available for pizza cutters: 5- and 3.5-inch. A color pad printed image is included for any size of your choosing.
  • For bamboo and acacia products: these products are slightly more customizable, depending on the product. Larger areas of laser engraving are available for a small added price. Most products have an engraving area ranging from 2x.25 to 2×2-inch surface area.
